With over 30 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, property
management, and real estate investment, Hafid brings a 360-degree understanding of how
projects move from vision to completion. Having served as a builder, landlord, project manager,
and investor, he understands the critical impact of timelines, budgets, compliance, and long-term
value. His hands-on experience allows us to anticipate challenges early and implement practical,
strategic solutions that keep projects on track.
Tam McIntyre Senior Construction Advisor
With over 30 years of experience across general contracting, construction management, property
management, and real estate, Tam brings a comprehensive, real-world perspective to every project. Her
expertise spans the full development lifecycle—from acquisition and planning to construction,
permitting, and final approvals. She provides strategic oversight to streamline approvals, resolve
challenges, and ensure projects move forward efficiently and in full compliance.
H. Amir McIntyre Construction Design Assistant
Amir is a skilled design professional specializing in preliminary sketches and field drawings. He plays a
critical role in bridging the gap between on-site conditions and project design. By capturing existing
conditions, owner vision, and key site constraints, he provides architects and engineers with clear,
accurate visuals to guide planning and decision-making. His work helps streamline the design process,
reduce revisions, and ensure projects start with a well-informed foundation
